Its a well known fact most of my artwork is either Mesoamerican or LDS (one and the same to me) themed. So at the request of my brother and sister in law I was able to throw together a painting for their bathroom....that's right I said bathroom. After some intense remodeling they went with a rustic feel and so they decided nothing is more Navajo than throwing some good old fashioned mutton on the wall! It was a smaller painting that I usually do (2ft x 2ft) and it was a very loose quick painting style (acrylic) but the finished product turned out pretty good considering there was only a matter of hours put into the project. I assume that once this picture leaks its way to my mother (who is a die hard sheep enthusiast and daughter of a sheepherder) that I will probably be doing another one a bit different though. Anyways I hope you all like it.
This blog is designed to display and share my artwork. Although most of my artwork is primarily Mesoamerican themed, you will find I offer much more than that. I come from a graffiti influenced background combined with a traditional fine arts schooling. Mixed together for your viewing pleasure!

Digital Artwork
I had just got used to using my new Jot Pro stylus on my ipad mini in the Procreate app when out of nowhere it just stopped working. Luckily it has a year warranty and the good people were able to send me some replacement pieces. So with my stylus working again I set myself to producing this picture of the Book of Mormon military leader Captain Teancum. Hopefully much more to come!
